O edital foi divulgado na Imprensa Oficial nº 3.678, de 22 de janeiro de 2025, e é destinado exclusivamente a Pessoas Jurídicas. Link a seguir.
As empresas interessadas devem protocolar a documentação necessária, incluindo os documentos de habilitação e a proposta comercial, em um envelope único até às 16h do dia 31 de janeiro, no setor de Protocolo da Prefeitura, localizada na Rua Doutor Armando de Sales Oliveira, 1085, no Centro de Leme.

A sessão pública para abertura e conferência dos envelopes será realizada no dia 3 de fevereiro de 2025, às 13h, na Secretaria de Cultura e Turismo, no Paço Municipal. A Comissão designada por Portaria conduzirá o processo.
O edital estabelece as condições e os prazos para a exploração dos espaços destinados à venda de alimentos e bebidas durante o Carnaval, garantindo uma oportunidade para empresas ampliarem seus negócios e atenderem ao público presente nos festejos.
